Presenting the Battersea Jazz Festival fundraiser in collaboration with Wandsworth Arts Fringe.
On Friday 14th June at 8pm, the riverside church of St Mary’s (a host of many jazz events in the last few years), will be the setting of a very fun evening of live jazz, with all money raised going to the running costs of the 2024 Battersea Jazz Festival.
Audience members are invited to turn up and make donations in return for requesting their favourite jazz tunes (there will also be means of donating in advance online), eventually turning the night into a fun-filled auction.
Tunes will be played by festival founder, pianist and singer Hugo Jennings, as well as his trio, featuring Lorenzo Morabito on bass and Louis Brown on drums.
